kolt recruitment are looking for a skilled Paint Technician  to join a busy and reputable accident repair centre. this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who can confidently manage the full paint process while supporting strip and refit duties to ensure high-quality vehicle repairs.
key responsibilities:

• prepare vehicles for paint, including masking, sanding, and priming 
• carry out high-quality paint spraying to manufacturer standards 
• complete colour matching and blending work 
• carry out strip and refit of vehicle components as required 
• ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard 
• maintain a clean and safe working environment 

requirements:

• previous experience as a vehicle paint technician within an accident repair centre 
• strong strip and fitting experience is essential 
• excellent attention to detail and quality of work 
• ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• full uk driving licence preferred
