Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing, masking, and finishing surfaces to exact standards
- Mixing and applying two-pack polyurethane coatings with precision
- Operating air-assisted and airless spray systems
- Inspecting coating thickness, finish quality, and consistency
- Working to production schedules and delivery deadlines
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in your area
What we're looking for:

- Strong understanding of mixing ratios, curing times, and spray techniques
