Avenue Scotland are currently looking for experienced Painters & Decorators for new build housing projects in Alloa.
The role offers ongoing temporary work with the possibility of a permanent position for candidates who demonstrate a high standard of workmanship and reliability.
Duties Include:
- Painting and finishing internal areas within new build properties
- Surface preparation including sanding and filling
- Completing snagging works to a high standard
- Working alongside site teams to meet deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Previous new build painting experience essential
- High standard of finishing work
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Own tools & transport
