💰 Pay Rate: £21.39 per hour (Umbrella) | £16.50 per hour (PAYE)
⏳ Duration: 12-Month Contract
🕒 Hours: 40 hours per week

Painter / Handyperson Required

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter / Handyperson to join our facilities maintenance team based at Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH), Orpington. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract with consistent hours and the potential for up to a year's work.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out painting and decorating works across the site.
• Completing general maintenance and handyman tasks as required.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the wider facilities maintenance team with planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Maintaining clean and safe working areas at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in painting and decorating.
• Good all-round handyman / maintenance skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• DBS clearance required (or willingness to obtain).
• CSCS card not required.
