This opportunity is with a respected contractor operating across the West Midlands, known for delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment projects within the social housing sector. You'll be joining a reliable team with ongoing work available in both occupied and void properties.
I'd be keen to hear from anyone who has worked as a Painter & Decorator, Decorator or in a similar role within social housing, maintenance, or refurbishment projects.
As a Painter & Decorator, you will be:
- Completing painting and decorating works within kitchen and bathroom refurbishment project
- Working in both occupied and void social housing properties
- Preparing surfaces including filling, sanding, and making good where require
- Delivering high-quality finishes in line with project specifications
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment
- Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator within social housing or domestic properties
- Their own painting and decorating tools
- A strong eye for detail and quality workmanship
- The ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- A valid CSCS card (if applicable)
The Painter & Decorator role is offering the following benefits:
