Painter / Prepper

Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Painter / Prepper to join a busy Accident Repair Centre in Woodford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled bodyshop professional to work in a modern workshop, carrying out preparation and paintwork to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles and panels for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming.

• Mix and apply paints to match manufacturer and customer specifications.

• Use spray booths and equipment to deliver high-quality finishes.

• Carry out quality checks to ensure all work meets industry and customer standards.

• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Painter / Prepper within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.

• ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential).

• Strong knowledge of paint preparation, mixing, and application techniques.

• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality results.

• Full UK driving licence.
