Painter

I am looking for a Painter to work on behalf of a local North Sheilds based council.

The successful candidate will carry out painting for the damp and mould team in council properties to a high standard.

Work will include damp and mould washes, full wall repaints as well as touch up painting.

The Painter will receive:

• £18 P/H Umbrella
• Guaranteed long-term work
• Van provided

The successful candidate will be expected to complete:

• Painting in council properties to a high standard
• 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week Monday - Friday.

We are really keen in speaking to anyone who has:

• City and Guilds or NVQ in painting and decorating
• Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
• CSCS card
• Asbestos Awareness
