Palliative Care Worker

We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Palliative Care Workers to join our growing agency team. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, person centred care to individuals with life limiting illness, supporting them and their families with dignity, comfort and respect. 

Agency bookings. You will:

• Deliver high-quality personal care and emotional support to patients 
• Assist with daily living acitivities including washing, dressing, and mobility 
• Monitor and report changes in patients physical and emotional condition
• Support families and carers with empathy and professionalism 
• Work collaboratively with nurses, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams 
• Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans 
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control procedures are followed 

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE UK
