kolt recruitment are looking for a Panel Beater for a leading accident repair centre based in Borehamwood.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater to join a well-established bodyshop with a strong reputation for quality repairs and excellent working conditions. The successful candidate will be confident carrying out high-quality panel repairs, replacements, and vehicle preparation work to manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out panel repairs and replacements on damaged vehicles 
• Use welding, filling, and sanding techniques to restore vehicles 
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard 
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and workshop targets 
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment 
• Liaise with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow 

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop or accident repair centre 
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• ATA qualification would be advantageous but not essential 
• Full UK driving licence
