Panel Beater ( Multi Skilled )

Kolt Recruitment are looking for a multi-skilled technician to join a well-established accident repair centre in brackley. this is a full-time, permanent position within a busy and professional bodyshop, offering long-term stability and consistent work.
key responsibilities

• carrying out a mix of panel and paint preparation repairs to a high standard
• completing repairs in line with manufacturer and insurer standards
• stripping and refitting vehicle panels and components
• assisting with panel beating and preparation tasks as required
• working closely with the workshop team to meet deadlines
• ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

requirements

• previous experience as a multi skilled technician within an accident repair centre or bodyshop
• ability to carry out both panel and prep work
• good knowledge of repair techniques and processes
• strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
