Duties:
  • Repairing vehicle panels to a high standard following manufacturer specifications
  • Stripping, fitting, and replacing damaged panels efficiently
  • Ensuring all repairs meet safety and quality standards
  • Working within set deadlines to complete repairs on time
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
Requirements for the Panel Beater role:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a vehicle repair environment
  • Strong knowledge of panel repair, replacement, and finishing techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Flexibility to adapt to workshop hours and procedures
  • Own tools preferred but not essential
