Our client, a reputable and well-established accident repair bodyshop group, is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join their team in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work at a state-of-the-art facility within a forward-thinking company that values its staff and offers clear career progression.

Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate up to £22 per hour / £51,480 basic salary
  • Time Saved Bonus of £10 per hour, with an OTE of up to £65,000
  • 45-hour weekly schedule, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings as required (paid as overtime)

Duties of a Panel Beater:
  • Replacing or repairing damaged vehicle panels to a high standard of quality and accuracy
  • Planning daily work schedules and ordering parts to ensure timely completion
  • Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to ensure effective repairs
  • Upkeeping high customer service standards to promote customer loyalty and generate referrals
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the work environment
  • Documenting repair processes and adhering to industry health and safety standards
Requirements of a Panel Beater:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to produce quality workmanship consistently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capable of multi-tasking and managing workload efficiently
  • NVQ or ATA qualifications are advantageous, but not essential
  • Own tools and equipment preferred
