Duties of a Panel Beater with our client:
  • Replace and repair damaged or compromised vehicle body panels
  • Conduct chassis and framework repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Accurately assess vehicle damage and determine the best repair methods
  • Complete bumper, door, and other bodywork repairs as required
  • Ensure all repairs meet internal quality standards and industry regulations
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to maintain workshop productivity and safety standards
Requirements for a Panel Beater:
  • Previous time-served Panel Beating experience in a bodyshop, main dealer, or accident repair environment
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Panel Beating is preferable
  • ATA Panel Beating accreditation is advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own tools and equipment suitable for the role
  • Organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment
  • A positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
