Our client, a leading accident repair group with a strong reputation within the UK automotive industry, is seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join their well-established bodyshop in Littlehampton. This is a superb opportunity for experienced panel repair specialists to advance their careers within a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal individual will bring technical expertise, a passion for quality workmanship, and a proactive approach to customer service.

- Monday to Friday working hours, 08:00 to 18:00

- Providing excellent customer service to foster customer loyalty and generate referrals
- Organising and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment as a Panel Beater
- Collaborating with colleagues to uphold workshop productivity and quality standards
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Ideally NVQ Level 3 qualified or ATA Panel Technician certification
- Proven experience in a fast-paced automotive bodyshop environment
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work within set timeframes
- Own fully equipped toolbox is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, proactive attitude
- Demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
