Duties:
  • Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle body panels and structural components in line with manufacturer specifications
  • Conducting chassis and framework repairs using modern techniques and equipment
  • Utilizing welding equipment, jigs, and specialist repair tools safely and effectively
  • Ensuring all repairs meet high-quality standards and are completed within specified deadlines
  • Maintaining workshop cleanliness and ensuring equipment upkeep as a Panel Beater
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve repair targets
  • Adhering to all health & safety protocols, COSHH, and company procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in vehicle body panel repair and replacement
  • Strong knowledge of welding, jigging, and structural repair techniques
  • Familiarity with modern repair methods, including aluminium, high-strength steel, and structural repairs (desirable)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship
  • Good understanding of manufacturer repair procedures and technical bulletins
  • Full UK work authorisation
  • IMI Accreditation preferred
