Duties of a Panel Beater:
  • Perform high-quality panel repairs, replacements, and refinishing to industry standards
  • Work on a variety of vehicles, including LCV, hybrid, and electric models
  • Adhere to workshop safety standards and company procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and support staff
  • Complete repairs within specified timeframes while maintaining quality standards
  • Support insurance and OEM partner requirements, including complex and high-profile projects
Requirements of a Panel Beater:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, Body Repair Technician, or similar role
  • Qualification to C&G, NVQ, IMI, or ATA Level 3 in Panel or Body Repair
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Positive team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
