- Complete repairs within specified timeframes while maintaining quality standards
- Support insurance and OEM partner requirements, including complex and high-profile projects
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, Body Repair Technician, or similar role
- Qualification to C&G, NVQ, IMI, or ATA Level 3 in Panel or Body Repair
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Positive team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
