Based in Loughborough, our manufacturing facility handles everything in-house — from raw material processing to welding, fabrication, painting, and full assembly of bespoke acoustic units. Panel Line Packer

We currently have vacancies for a proactive Panel Line Packer to join during this rapid period of growth.

Responsibilities

• Helping to run the panel line smoothly and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading the line
• Quality checking the products when they come off the line.
• Bagging and wrapping products ready for despatch.
• Moving the parts with the trolley
• You will be offered training to spray the product.
• Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to produce high-quality products with precision and accuracy.
• Ensure working areas are always kept clean and tidy.
• To help with any other general duties in other departments if necessary
• Hours: Static -Days 6am till 2pm, Afternoons 2pm till 10pm (15% shift allowance), Nights 10pm till 6am (30% shift allowance).

Skills

• Proven experience in related roles.
• Knowledge of materials handling techniques.
• Experience with using power tools.
• Experience in using mastic sealant.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently over extended periods
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and documentation
• Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment
