We are looking for an enthusiastic legal professional with experience in secured lending, residential conveyancing, or commercial conveyancing who is keen to develop their skills and progress their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of secured lending transactions, taking ownership of matters from instruction through to completion.

• Prepare, review, and process security documentation, reports on title, and other associated legal documents with a high degree of accuracy.

• Carry out title investigations, due diligence, and property searches to ensure transactions progress efficiently and in line with lender requirements.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, lenders, solicitors, and internal stakeholders, providing a professional and responsive service throughout.

• Prepare completion documentation, satisfy conditions precedent, and ensure all post-completion requirements are completed accurately and on time.

• Maintain well-organised case files and provide support on more complex matters as required.

About You

• Previous experience as a Paralegal within secured lending, residential conveyancing, or commercial conveyancing.

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach and the confidence to liaise with a range of stakeholders.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

• A genuine desire to develop professionally and build a long-term career within a respected legal practice.
