Paraplanner Team Leader

Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for that next step and want to join an nurturing but dynamic Company that can provide a clear roadmap in terms of progression?  As a Para Planner Team Leader, you’ll oversee a talented team while continuing to apply your technical expertise across the whole of market.  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Paraplanners, ensuring high standards of delivery.
• Provide technical support across the full spectrum of financial planning.
• Contribute to complex cases, including Defined Benefit Transfers (experience advantageous but not essential).
• Collaborate with advisers and stakeholders to ensure seamless client service.
• Support the business through growth and change, including occasional travel to the central site in Hook.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven Paraplanning experience within the Wealth Management sector.
• Works confidently across the whole of market.
• Holds a Diploma in Financial Planning.  If you are working towards Chartered Status or have completed the J09 module this would be advantageous.
• Is ready to progress from Senior or Technical Paraplanner into more of a leadership role.
