We are looking for a motivated and design focused Part II Architectural Assistant to join our client’s growing team in Birmingham.
The Role:
As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will support the design and delivery of residential led schemes, from early concept stages through to planning.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of concept designs, layouts, and masterplans
- Prepare high-quality drawings, visuals, and presentation material
- Support the preparation of planning applications and supporting documents
- Work collaboratively with architects, urban designers, and consultants
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and research
- Contribute to design reviews and client presentations
- Use software such as AutoCAD / Revit
Requirements:
- RIBA Part II qualification
- Experience working on housing and/or master planning projects
- Strong design, layout, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit
- Good understanding of UK planning policy and residential design principles
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
