Part-Time Complex Care Nurse – Bromley
Location: Bromley
Pay: £21 per hour
Hours: Zero-hour contract – hours to meet business needs

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing team. This office-based role plays a vital part in supporting complex care delivery, clinical governance, staff training, and client assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee clinical components of complex care delivery
• Support assessments, mobilisation and implementation of care packages
• Conduct risk assessments and develop person-centred care plans
• Deliver clinical training, competency assessments and supervision to carers
• Liaise with MDTs, commissioners, case managers and families
• Promote best practice, safeguarding and clinical governance
• Maintain high standards of care quality and compliance
• Support branch growth and development of clinical services

What We’re Looking For:

Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN

Minimum 2 years’ nursing experience in community or hospital settings

Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills

Experience in safeguarding adults and children

Excellent communication, IT and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desirable:

Teaching or mentoring experience

Coaching and leadership experience

Experience developing policies or managing change initiatives

Please note:

A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly desirable

Enhanced DBS and compliance checks will be required
