Temporary Part‑Time Administrative Assistant

We are an established ecology consultancy seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Project Coordinator on a part‑time, temporary basis.

This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a project‑based environment, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of ongoing projects.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Data inputting and maintaining accurate project records
  • Document reconciliation, organisation, and management
  • Diarising key project documentation and deadlines
  • Assisting with subcontractor onboarding processes
  • Taking accurate minutes during meetings
  • Providing general ad hoc administrative support as required


About You:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred
  • Experience within a consultancy or project‑based environment would be advantageous
  • Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting
