Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership in Swansea, is seeking a skilled and professional Parts Advisor to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual looking to develop their career within a well-established and expanding business. The successful Parts Advisor will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the dealership's growth.

  • Competitive salary up to £33,575 per annum, commensurate with experience
  • Quarterly bonus scheme approximately £1,200 per year

Duties of a Parts Advisor:
  • Receive and process all parts orders accurately and efficiently
  • Identify customer parts requirements and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Pick and dispatch parts promptly, maintaining high standards of accuracy
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a courteous and professional manner
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to parts department growth
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
  • Utilise dealer management systems (Kerridge/CDK) and electronic parts catalogues effectively
  • Assist and support the Parts Manager and team in daily operations
Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a motor dealership or motor factor environment
  • Knowledge of retail and trade parts sales processes
  • Strong IT literacy, particularly with dealer management systems and electronic parts catalogues
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and sales skills
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanour
  • Ability to work accurately in a busy, targets-driven environment
  • Reside within an easily accessible distance of Swansea
