An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Parts Advisor to join a reputable automotive dealership in Worcester. This role offers the chance to work within a busy, professional environment, supporting the parts department and contributing to the overall success of the dealership.

Duties of a Parts Advisor:
  • Assisting the Parts Manager with daily departmental responsibilities
  • Supporting workshop operations and vehicle health checks
  • Managing stock control, parts ordering, and inventory levels
  • Receiving deliveries and processing returns efficiently
  • Handling customer enquiries both via phone and face-to-face
  • Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Providing excellent customer service to workshop clients and retail customers
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to dealership procedures as a Parts Advisor
Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role within a main dealer environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of computer systems and stock management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
