Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved car dealership based in Treforest, is seeking an experienced and professional Vehicle Parts Advisor. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with recent or current automotive parts experience, seeking a role with industry-leading training, a supportive team environment, and competitive benefits.

  • Performance-related bonus ranging from £1,500 to £3,000 annually

Duties of a Parts Advisor:
  • Receive and process all parts orders with accuracy, ensuring prompt dispatch
  • Identify customer parts requirements efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain excellent customer service and uphold a courteous manner in a busy trade environment
  • Achieve sales targets to support parts growth as a Parts Advisor
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
  • Work closely with the Aftersales Manager and support the parts team
  • Utilise dealer management software (Kerridge/CDK) and electronic parts catalogues regularly
  • Support the team in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
  • Recent or current experience in automotive vehicle parts, ideally with car parts on either a dealership or motor factor background
  • IT literate, with experience using dealer management systems (Kerridge/CDK) and electronic parts catalogues
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Strong customer service and sales skills, with a friendly, charismatic approach
  • Reside within an easily commutable distance of Pontypridd
  • Enthusiastic, target-driven, and detail-oriented
