Salary: Up to £30,000 basic DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, Saturdays on rota
OTE: £32,000

Parts Supervisor – The Role As a Parts Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily running of the parts department, ensuring stock is received, checked and stored correctly. You’ll pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately, maintain departmental records, and support ordering processes. Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring all operational standards are met will be central to your success.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Receiving, checking and storing stock daily
  • Picking, packing and dispatching parts accurately
  • Maintaining departmental records and filing systems
  • Ordering parts and accessories under guidance of the Service Manager
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and operating standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Parts Supervisor in an automotive environment
  • Highly organised, efficient and detail‑focused
  • Strong communication and customer‑handling skills
  • Target‑driven with the ability to support departmental performance
  • A team player who can motivate and lead colleagues
