PASMA Nightshift Labourer

🚧 PASMA Operatives Required - Nightshift Work 🚧

First People Solutions are currently recruiting for 10 x PASMA Operatives for an upcoming infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity for operatives with PASMA certification looking for weekend nightshift work over a number of weeks.

📅 Starting Saturday 13th June
⏱ 5-7 Saturday Night Shifts
🌙 23:00 - 10:00 (Approx. 12 Hour Shifts)
💷 Competitive rates available

The Role:
You will be working as part of a site team carrying out access and support works during planned nightshift operations. Duties will include assisting with drilling through brick walls, working from mobile access towers, general lifting and shifting, and supporting trades to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements:
✔ Valid PASMA Certificate (Essential)
✔ Valid CSCS Card
✔ Previous construction site experience
✔ Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
✔ Ability to work night shifts
✔ Strong awareness of site health & safety procedures

Duties Include:
⚒️ Working from mobile access towers
⚒️ Assisting with drilling works through brick walls
⚒️ General lifting and shifting
⚒️ Moving materials around site
⚒️ Supporting site teams with ongoing works
⚒️ Maintaining safe working areas throughout the shift
