Passenger Assistant

IMH Recruitment are looking for Passenger Assistants to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) during transport to and from school for our client in Sheffield.

You will work alongside a minibus driver to ensure all passengers are safe, comfortable, and supervised throughout the journey.

Key Duties:

• Supervise children with SEN on school transport
• Ensure safety and welfare of all passengers at all times
• Assist with boarding and exiting the vehicle
• Provide support and reassurance during journeys

Requirements:

• Valid D1 driving licence
• Enhanced DBS (required – can be processed)
• Ability to work split shifts
• References covering the last 3 years
• Previous experience desirable but not essential

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday (term time only)
• Split shifts:
  • Morning: 6:45am – 9:30am (approx.)
  • Afternoon: 2:45pm – 5:00pm (approx.)
