Location:Hybrid working for 3 days and 2 days work on site at Nothingham City Campus- NG1 5PB
Pay Rates: £66.582 - £77.368 Per Hours
Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday

What you can add:
- Day to day operational management of the outsourced payroll, including contract governance and performance arrangements
- Developing the Trust’s interface and processes with the outsourced payroll provider, operationalising the guidance, processes, procedures and ways of working (existing, amended and new) across the Trust, to ensure the required level of service
- Supporting the management of escalated staff payroll related queries and issues
- Supporting payroll service improvement activities
- The post holder will lead the outsourced payroll service from a Trust perspective. This includes supporting the management, oversight and provision of the Trust’s payroll provision through day to day management of the local Trust team and through interaction with the outsourced provider.
- The post holder will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the contract and interface arrangements and will review performance to ensure that key performance indicators for the service are being met and that any risks or barriers that may impact on payroll or helpdesk services performance are identified and minimised. They will provide expert advice and leadership on all aspects of the service and work proactively with Trust Leaders, Managers, People Directorate colleagues and other senior stakeholders.
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

- Working as NHS as Payroll Manager for atleast 3 years.
- Must have worked with NHS
