A leading international bank is seeking a customer-focused Personal Banker to join their East Ham branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills who is looking to grow within a reputable financial institution.
The Role
You will play a key part in helping the branch meet its sales and service goals by:
Providing first-class customer service via phone, email, and in person
Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identifying sales opportunities and cross-selling banking products
Handling account openings, service requests, remittances, and cash operations
Supporting business development events and customer outreach
Ensuring adherence to AML, KYC, and internal compliance procedures

✔ Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport
✔ Experience in retail banking or a similar customer-facing role (advantageous)
