Location: Perth (On-site)
Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour (£13.46 plus 30% shift allowance)
Contract: Full-time, 9-month fixed term (potential for extensions)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 20:30pm - 07:00am
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting Manufacturing Operators on behalf of a well-established and fast-paced production environment based in Perth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating machinery and supporting production line activities
• Following clear procedures and work instructions to ensure quality output
• Handling, filling, sealing and labelling products
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
• Completing production records accurately
• Preparing goods for packaging and dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working closely with colleagues to meet production targets

What We're Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, production or a similar hands-on role (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely
• A team player with good communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic IT skills (Word/Excel)
• A positive, proactive and dependable approach to work
