Picker/Packer Operative

We are currently seeking reliable a hardworking Picker/Packer Operative to join our clients team based in Hethel, Norfolk.

Important: Due to the location, there is no local public transport available, so your own transport is essential.

Shifts: Monday to Friday working schedule, 2 x 30-minute breaks per day

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00

Pay: £12.71

Location: Hethel, NR14

Type: Temp to perm

Opportunity to earn up to £125 extra per week through performance bonuses

Picker Targets & Bonus

• Daily picking target: 262kg
• Staff achieving 362kg per day will receive a £25 daily bonus
• Reaching the bonus target will be the goal for all new team members

Packer Targets & Bonus

• Daily packing target: 300 orders
• Staff achieving 380 packed orders per day will receive a £25 daily bonus

The Role

• Picking products accurately and efficiently
• Packing customer orders to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily targets

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Own transport essential due to location
