We’re working with a well-established public sector organisation seeking a Planned Maintenance Surveyor to support the delivery of high-quality planned works programmes across their housing stock.

The Role
You’ll play a key role in delivering planned maintenance programmes, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing planned maintenance projects across a residential portfolio
- Working closely with contractors to ensure quality and compliance
- Undertaking property inspections and preparing specifications of work
- Supporting programme delivery including cyclical works and major repairs
- Monitoring contractor performance and resolving on-site issues
- Ensuring excellent customer service for residents throughout projects
About You
- Experience in a property maintenance or surveying role (ideally within housing)
- Strong knowledge of planned works and contractor management
- Organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- A collaborative approach and commitment to high standards
