We’re working with a well-established public sector organisation seeking a Planned Maintenance Surveyor to support the delivery of high-quality planned works programmes across their housing stock.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team with a strong focus on asset investment, sustainability, and long-term housing quality.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering planned maintenance programmes, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing planned maintenance projects across a residential portfolio
  • Working closely with contractors to ensure quality and compliance
  • Undertaking property inspections and preparing specifications of work
  • Supporting programme delivery including cyclical works and major repairs
  • Monitoring contractor performance and resolving on-site issues
  • Ensuring excellent customer service for residents throughout projects

About You

  • Experience in a property maintenance or surveying role (ideally within housing)
  • Strong knowledge of planned works and contractor management
  • Organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to high standards
