This role is to support increased project demand across urban development, regeneration, and mixed-use projects.
The company is a multi-disciplinary and employee-owned practice with around 25 staff across two regional studios.
You’ll be joining a close-knit planning team embedded within a wider design-led environment.
What You'll Be Doing: Planner
- Assisting with planning applications and supporting project teams
- Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
- Contributing to site appraisals, policy research, and design team workshops
- Knowledge of UK planning legislation and process
- Hands on experience with planning applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for high-quality placemaking and sustainable development

- Flexible hybrid working – typically 3–4 days in the studio, 1–2 days from home
