IMH Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Planning Support Officer for our client based in Barnsley, S70.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Using Works Management / Dynamic Resource Scheduling systems, you will initially support the team with key administrative and planning tasks, with a clear pathway to taking on full Planner duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls from customers and operatives
  • Managing shared mailboxes and responding to enquiries
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queries
  • Supporting planners with scheduling and managing operatives’ diaries
  • Using Works Management and Dynamic Resource Scheduling (DRS) systems
  • Providing general administrative support to the team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Planning or scheduling experience
  • Strong admin/customer service experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Flexible and willing to learn and grow into the full Planner role
  • Basic DBS Required

Hours & Pay:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 16:00
  • Payrate: £14.36 per hour
  • 37 hours per week
  • Weekly pay via agency!
