IMH Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Planning Support Officer for our client based in Barnsley, S70.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Using Works Management / Dynamic Resource Scheduling systems, you will initially support the team with key administrative and planning tasks, with a clear pathway to taking on full Planner duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls from customers and operatives
- Managing shared mailboxes and responding to enquiries
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queries
- Supporting planners with scheduling and managing operatives’ diaries
- Using Works Management and Dynamic Resource Scheduling (DRS) systems
- Providing general administrative support to the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
- Planning or scheduling experience
- Strong admin/customer service experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Flexible and willing to learn and grow into the full Planner role
- Basic DBS Required
Hours & Pay:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 16:00
- Payrate: £14.36 per hour
- 37 hours per week
- Weekly pay via agency!
