Agri AD Operator Requirements
The successful candidate will be able to work independently for periods of time and will be comfortable with hands-on, physically demanding work, ideally with experience in a related process industry. Ideally, you will hold relevant qualifications or have experience operating a telehandler, working in confined spaces, working at height, and providing first aid. If you do not already hold these, training will be provided to achieve in-house WAMITAB competency standards and health and safety requirements. Full training will also be provided for candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn.
You will have the ability to follow procedure and protocol, experience of cost control and working within budget and adapt to changing circumstances effectively. Be self-motivated, flexible and a great team player but also confident to work on your own. It is desirable that you have experience of environmental, safety and quality management systems.
Due to the nature of the role a full UK driving licence is required. You will have the ability to operate a telehandler truck and obtain a telehandler licence. The role will work on a rotating shift pattern including weekends, call out on a rota basis and remote monitoring of the AD Process via SCADA. Overtime is paid for approved additional hours worked.

Job type: Full time, 42 hours per week working a shift pattern on a rota, plus remote monitoring.
Salary: up to £31,200 per annum dependent on experience + allowance + overtime
