Are you an experienced Plant & Transport Manager from a utilities or civils background looking for a stable, long-term role within a fast-growing, family-orientated civil engineering business with a clear and ambitious growth strategy?

On offer is a solid opportunity to join an established and growing civil engineering business where you'll take full ownership of a busy and varied fleet operation.

Overseeing a fleet of 100 vehicles including 10 HGVs, you'll be responsible for scheduling, compliance, and ensuring the whole operation runs smoothly and on time across a wide range of utilities and civils projects.

The business operates across utilities infrastructure, renewables including EV electrification projects, and new connections with ICPs and NAVs. They are non-corporate, flexible, and genuinely invested in the people who contribute to their growth.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Plant & Transport Manager with a utilities or civils background, giving them a solid understanding of the type of equipment and sites involved.

The Role:

* Oversee a fleet of 100 vehicles including 10 HGVs
* Scheduling and day-to-day fleet management
* Ensure fleet operations run smoothly and on time across utilities and civils projects
* Based across depots in Coventry with occasional travel to Watford

* Commutable to Coventry
* Happy to do occasional travel to Watford
