We are looking for a skilled Plumber to join a well-established contractor delivering maintenance and refurbishment works, primarily within void properties with occasional tenanted work when required.
As a Plumber, you will be responsible for delivering a full range of plumbing duties to a high standard, ensuring properties are ready for occupation and maintained effectively.
The Plumber role includes:
  • Core plumbing works across domestic properties
  • Pipework installation and maintenance
  • Bathroom and kitchen fitting
  • Plumbing installs and upgrades
  • Drainage works and fault finding
  • General plumbing repairs and maintenance
To be successful as a Plumber, you will need:
  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum requirement)
  • Proven experience in a similar Plumber role
  • Ability to carry out all aspects of plumbing work independently
  • Experience working within social housing or similar environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
