Rate: £23 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Package: Company van, tools, fuel card, and trade card provided
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a busy social housing maintenance team in Bracknell. This is a long-term role offering consistent work and a strong package.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out plastering and artexing repairs across a range of domestic properties
- Completing tiling, rendering, and decorating works as required
- Working within occupied properties, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Recording work completed, materials used, and time taken accurately (paper or electronic systems)
- Working as part of a trade team to meet tight deadlines
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plastering (or time served experience)
- Proven experience in plastering, artexing, tiling, rendering, and decorating
- Experience working in social housing or domestic maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
