Plasterer

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Plasterer to join our growing social housing maintenance team. The successful candidate will carry out a range of plastering repairs and refurbishment works within occupied and void social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of plastering, including skimming, patch repairs, rendering, and boarding.
• Complete repairs and maintenance work in occupied and vacant social housing properties.
• Prepare surfaces and ensure high-quality finishes.
• Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with tenants, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Accurately complete job sheets and documentation.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a plasterer, ideally within social housing, repairs, or maintenance environments.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Plastering 
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.
