ADT Operator - Birmingham - £20.60

VGC Group are looking for experienced ADT Operators to start on a project in Birmingham. This contract is available to start on 01/06/2026 and we can offer up to 2 years to a successful candidate.

Experience: 2 years +
Qualifications: Blue CPCS/NPORS ADT Ticket, CSCS Card

ADT Operator experience
Your role as an ADT Operator will be based in Birmingham and will consist of:

Operating Articulated Dump Trucks (ADT) safely and efficiently across site
Transporting materials such as soil, aggregates, and waste
Carrying out daily safety checks and basic maintenance on plant equipment
Working closely with site managers, groundworkers, and other plant operators
Following all health & safety procedures on site at all times
Ensuring loads are handled and transported safely without spillage or hazard
Maintaining high levels of awareness of site conditions and surroundings
Assisting with general site duties where required
Reporting any defects, faults, or safety concerns immediately
Supporting the team to meet project deadlines efficiently


Based in Birmingham remuneration for this role is £20.60 per hour, you will accrue holiday entitlement and be eligible to join the VGC pension scheme once certain criteria have been met.
