Build Recruitment are currently working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced Plumber to join their maintenance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified plumber to carry out a range of installation, repair, and maintenance works across residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality plumbing services while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipework
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
• Complete planned and reactive maintenance works
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Work closely with other trades and contractors on projects
• Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and safety standards
• Complete job records and maintain excellent customer service standards

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
• Valid CSCS Card
• Proven experience within a plumbing maintenance or repairs role
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Desirable:

• Gas Safe Registration
• Experience with renewable technologies, including heat pumps and solar thermal systems
