We are recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a well‑established contractor. This is a static, long‑term position based on a single site, offering consistent hours and a steady workflow across multiple plots. The role is ideal for a Plumber who enjoys structured site work and wants ongoing stability.

Key Responsibilities

• 1st Fix Installations - full pipework runs, internal services, and preparation for 2nd fix
• Installation of hot & cold water systems in line with site specifications
• Working from technical drawings and site plans
• Coordinating with site managers, supervisors, and other trades to maintain build schedules
• Ensuring all work meets current building regulations and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing or equivalent qualification
• Valid CSCS Card
• Proven experience working on new build housing sites
• Strong background in 1st fix plumbing
• Own tools and full PPE
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality workmanship
