Plumber

Marble Talent Group are seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join our client based in Blackburn. 

This is a great opportunity for a motivated plumber with experience in commercial systems and water hygiene compliance.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial plumbing systems across a variety of sites.

Duties include:

• Installation, servicing, and repair of hot and cold water systems, pipework, sanitary ware, valves, pumps, and associated plant
• Planned and reactive maintenance, including TMV servicing
• Water hygiene tasks including temperature monitoring and Legionella compliance duties
• Fault finding and diagnosing plumbing system issues
• Ensuring all work complies with health & safety, water regulations, and building standards
• Maintaining accurate records, reports, and certification
• Liaising professionally with clients and site teams

An Enhanced DBS check is required.

About You

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Strong experience in commercial plumbing systems
• Good understanding of Legionella control and water hygiene practices
• Skilled in fault finding and remedial maintenance
• Experience working with copper and plastic pipework systems
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desirable (not essential):

• Gas Safe registration (domestic or commercial)
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Ability to read technical drawings/schematics
• Unvented hot water qualification
