Multi Skilled Plumber - Permanent
Location: Swindon
Salary: £40,090
Start Date: ASAP
Role Overview:
Carrying out responsive plumbing repairs and multi-skilled maintenance works across social housing properties in Swindon.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance
General multi-trade works
Damp and mould treatment works
Completing first-time fix repairs
Working in occupied social housing properties
Providing excellent customer service
Accurately recording completed works
Participating in out-of-hours callout rota
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 Plumbing Qualification
Multi-trade maintenance experience
Social housing experience preferred
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently
Good organisational skills
Basic DBS check will be carried out
