Plumber - Multi Trade

We are recruiting an experienced Multi‑Skill Trades Operative (Plumber‑biased) to join a busy Repairs & Maintenance team working across social housing properties in Leicestershire. This is a varied mobile role carrying out multi‑trade repairs, void refurbishments, and full kitchen installations.
You'll work directly in tenants' homes, so a professional, friendly approach and strong customer service skills are essential.

Your new role

• Delivering plumbing‑focused repairs plus multi‑trade works across occupied and void properties
• Completing kitchen installations, bathroom works, tiling, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Managing your own workload and ensuring jobs are completed right first time
• Using a PDA/iPad to update job information
• Providing excellent customer service to residents

What you'll need to succeed

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing (essential)
• Strong experience in social housing repairs or similar environments
• Multi‑trade ability: carpentry, tiling, decorating, plaster patching, aquaboard installation
• Good organisational skills and ability to keep jobs on track
• Confident using a PDA and basic IT systems
• Full UK driving licence
• DBS check required
