Earn £23 per hour with a long-term opportunity, consistent local work, and a clear temp-to-perm pathway. This is a great chance for an experienced Plumber to secure stable work across social housing contracts in Nuneaton and Bedworth.

We are looking for a skilled Plumber to join a well-established contractor delivering maintenance and refurbishment works, primarily within void properties with occasional tenanted work when required.

What’s on offer for the Plumber:
  • £23 per hour
  • Temporary to permanent opportunity
  • 40 hours per week
  • Working hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Local work across Nuneaton and Bedworth
  • Immediate interview availability with quick start (within 2 weeks)

Day to day duties will include:
  • Working within void properties
  • Installing sinks, toilets, baths and basins 
  • Ripping out old appliances 
  • Repair work across the properties
  • Working on one/ two properties per day (limited travel)

We are looking to speak to Plumber with the below:
  • NVQ/ C&G qualification
  • Social Housing experience
  • Own van and tools
