Social Housing Plumber / Wet worker
Location: North London
Contract: Full-time / Permanent
Salary: £35k - £37k depending on experience
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Plumber/Wet worker to carry out reactive and planned maintenance works for a well-known Social Housing client of ours.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out plumbing and wet trade repairs in occupied properties
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipework,
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
- Cylinder, Radiator and 2-3 port valve work
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
- Proven experience working in social housing or domestic maintenance
- Good knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
