Plumber

We're looking for an experienced Plumber to join our Property Team on Permanent Basis to cover the Hurn Location. You'll carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in our properties, ensuring high-quality work and great customer service. A company van and fuel card will be provided for business use.

What You'll Do:

Repair domestic plumbing installations

Install replacement sanitary ware, baths, showers, and kitchen sinks

Fit and repair pipework (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater)

Maintain and renew cold water storage tanks

Install and fix domestic appliances like showers and washing machines

Work on vented/unvented cylinder heads (HWSS qualified or alternative)

Carry out general plumbing repairs and maintenance

• Experience: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing OR 5+ years in the trade
• Skills: Strong customer service skills and ability to work in occupied properties
• Health & Safety: Knowledge of best practices
• Technology: Ability to use an iPad or PDA
• Licence: Full UK driving licence
• CSCS Card (Desirable)
