Required:
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Plumbing or equivalent
- Domestic or Commercial Gas Safe certification
- Mechanical/gas installation experience
- Water safety / Legionella training or experience
- Heating, ventilation, hot/cold water systems and plant maintenance experience
- NHS, hospital, healthcare, council, school or large estates experience preferred
- Driving licence preferred
- Water safety / Legionella training?
- Reactive maintenance and PPM experience?
